What we sell

Listening Pine sells two things. Courses are a one-time payment. The Brother Stone coach is a membership that renews monthly or yearly. The price you are charged is the price shown in Stripe Checkout at the time you pay. Prices are in US dollars. Checkout requires an account.

Courses

The Desk Reset is a digital follow-along, sold as early access for a one-time 19 USD. The later price shown on the site is a label, not what you pay today. The written guide and narration clips open in your account when payment is confirmed. The lesson videos are being filmed. We email you the moment they open, within 3 weeks of a paid order. Do not share, resell or republish course material. Courses marked coming soon are not for sale.

Brother Stone coach membership

Brother Stone is an AI practice coach. Membership is 12 USD a month or 96 USD a year. New members get a 7-day free trial. A card is collected when you start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the card is charged the plan price and the membership renews each period until you cancel. You may cancel any time in the customer portal, reached from the coach page by choosing Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund a renewal part-way through a period, except where the law requires. Writing to us within 7 days of a charge you did not expect is enough for us to look at it.

Without a membership, an account may ask a small number of free questions. Memberships have a fair-use daily limit on questions and answer length. We may change the limits to keep the service reliable. Conversations are saved to your account so you can see them again.

AI disclosure

Old Pine (苏守拙, Taoist name Tingsong) and Brother Stone (郭承岳) are AI-generated characters. The lesson visuals are AI-generated and the narration is an AI voice. Brother Stone's answers are written by an AI language model, using a knowledge base of paraphrased public information about the standard Health Qigong Baduanjin form. Answers can be wrong or incomplete, and the coach cannot see you move.

We do not claim that these characters are living teachers, that we hold a martial-arts lineage, or that we hold a medical qualification.

Health

Everything we offer is a gentle movement and stretching routine for relaxation and mobility. It is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and Brother Stone does not give medical advice. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort. If you are injured, pregnant, recovering from surgery or under care, ask a qualified clinician before you practise. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number. You practise at your own risk and within your own limits.

Your account and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in private. Do not try to extract the coach's instructions, overload the service or use it for anything unrelated to Baduanjin practice. We may suspend an account that does.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above is the current version. A payment you already made keeps the delivery and refund terms published when you paid.
