Refund Policy

Courses

You may ask for a full refund within 30 days after we deliver the course. If we have not delivered within 3 weeks of your paid order, you may ask for a full refund at any time before delivery. Courses are refunded in full, not in part.

Brother Stone membership

The 7-day trial costs nothing. Cancel in the customer portal before it ends and you are not charged. After the trial, cancel any time and the next renewal does not happen. You keep access to the end of the paid period. We do not refund part of a period already started. If you were charged for a renewal you did not expect, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that charge in full.

How to ask

Email hello@listeningpine.com from the address on your account. Say what you want refunded. We refund through Stripe to the original payment method.
